COVID-19 updates

  • In an attempt to keep everyone healthy and safe, we ask 24 hours prior to the day of your in-person visit, please inform us if you have any of the following

    • rash

    • sore throat

    • fever >100.4

    • chills

    • diarrhea

    • nausea or vomiting

    • exposure to someone with COVID-19 within the last 10 days

    • positive COVID Ag or PCR test within the last 10 days

    If yes to any of the above, we will be happy to honor your appointment and convert to a virtual telehealth visit.
